Counseling Session

Service Description

I offer individual counseling sessions at your convenience, where I offer a safe space to support you/your child navigate life’s challenges. Our sessions provide a supportive space to explore emotions and develop coping strategies. With my character and extensive experience I offer empathy and non-judgment to a individuals from different walks of life, which I tailor towards your needs and current challenges. I also appreciate that psychological services can be expensive, and will therefore tailor a treatment plan with a consideration of available funds. An example of this is scheduling the sessions bi-weekly, if needed. I also claim from the medical aids directly, according to the scheme rates, and hence no co-payment is required.
