Service Description
I offer engaging psycho-educational talks on a variety of mental health topics, aimed at empowering individuals through knowledge that is relevant and target-specific. My sessions are designed to enhance understanding, reduce stigma, and promote proactive mental wellness.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions are 50-60 minutes in duration and standard medical aid rates apply. Please be advised that sessions should be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours prior to the sscheduled time, to avoid any billing of the missed session.
