About Me.

I am a clinical psychologist with extensive experience gained in different counselling contexts, which include private practice, Employee Wellness programmes and Student Counselling centers. Over my career I have been dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional and mental health challenges.

I believe that therapy is a deeply personal journey and appreciate the vulnerability it requires to share life's challenges openly and authentically. Creating a safe space is  essential for me; it enables individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings authentically, feel supported, and become empowered to cope better or begin their healing journey. It is for this reason that I take a client-centered approach, providing a space where each person can feel heard and understood.

Through my professional and personal journey I have come to appreciate the complexities of life and the differences and similarities in experiences across our diverse backgrounds and cultural contexts.

Within a client-centred approach, I tailor my techniques to meet the unique needs, goals and circumstances of each person I work with. I often draw on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focussed Therapy techniques.
